TRAVEL POLICIES

By official provision of the Federal Government, it will be necessary to present, as of June 17, 2019, an official identification with photograph and valid at the time of your purchase, boarding and during your transportation journey in all of Grupo Senda's buses.

If you buy your tickets at our ticket offices or points of sale:
Present your original official identification with photograph and valid at the time of purchasing your tickets and when boarding any of the buses of Grupo Senda.

If you buy your tickets through our website or Customer Service number (Call Center):
Provide your details as they appear on your original and current official identification at the time of purchase, otherwise it will not be valid.
If you pick up your ticket at the ticket office you must present your original official identification with a photograph to our service agent in order to receive the ticket. Finally, you must present your ticket or electronic ticket along with your official identification at the time of boarding.
ONLINE TICKETS

Option 1: Print this ticket and present yourself directly on the bus for your boarding. You don't need to show at the ticket office.

Option 2: Show the ticket from your mobile. Download the electronic version of your ticket and save it on your device; you can show directly on the bus for your boarding presenting your digital ticket. You don't need to show at the ticket office.

Keep your ticket in a safe place; If you lose it, go to the ticket office with your transaction number to request a reprint, it is essential to present your ticket in order to travel.


BOARDING

For national trips, you must show up to board at least 1 hour prior to the departure time indicated on the ticket. For international trips, the time is at least 2 hours before. In all cases, you must present an official identification with a valid photograph in order to board. It´s important to keep it during the whole trip.


TICKETS CHANGE

A ticket change can only be applied in modifications to the date or time of your tickets, and must be requested at Senda Group (Senda, Del Norte, Turimex) ticket offices at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Fees may apply for these changes according to the current rates at the time of your request.

Changes of origin, destination or passenger are not eligible or allowed.


TICKET CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations do not apply under any circumstances.


LUGGAGE

Each passenger has included in the price of his regular fare a maximum luggage of 2 suitcases that do not exceed the measures of 21 x 14 x 27 inches and do not exceed 50lb each, or, 1 suitcase of the same measures that does not exceed 100lb.

Additional charges apply for excess baggage according to the current rates indicated at the ticket office.


RATES

The fare shown on the ticket is valid only for the time, date, type of service and trip selected. Rate prices without notice.

Children between 0 and up to 5 years 11 months do not pay a ticket as long as they travel in the same seat as the adult who accompanies them, who is also the child responsible during the entire trip.

Children between 6 and up to 12 years 11 months pay 50% of the ticket and seat number is assigned. They must always travel with an adult to accompany them, who is also the child responsible during the entire trip.

Passengers 13 years and older pay full fare and seat number is assigned.


TICKETS ACQUIRED WITH DISCOUNT

Tickets with special discount are available for sale by meeting the policies mentioned in each promotion. The requirements to make special discounts valid are:

Students:
Present original valid credential with photograph sealed by your student entity.

Teachers:
Present a valid original credential with a photograph that accredits you as an active professor of a public or private educational institution.

Senior / PWD:
Present an official ID validating age over 60 years old. PWD, present documentation proving your condition.

In case of not presenting the official credential with the aforementioned requirements that accredit the discount, the ticket will lose its validity without the right to cancel or refund.


GENERAL

Grupo Senda tickets, as well as additional services, are not transferable, refundable or cancelable at any time.

Your trip must be done in a timely manner; Once the bus departures, the ticket will lose its validity.

Grupo Senda or none of its brands or subsidiaries will be responsible for delays or cancellation of trips due to causes beyond its operation, such as: natural disasters, problems on urban land roads or highways, road closures, accidents, etc.

Grupo Senda is not responsible for lost or stolen bus tickets. In any case, we recommend that you immediately report it to our Sales and Service Center at 800 890 9090.
